Labor Day Week

I'm working on my first wedding cake- delivering it to Columbia, SC for a wedding on Sat. the 8th.  Wish me luck.  Pictures to follow!

This week's menu is:

Quiche-  Shrimp, Vidalia Onion & Swiss
  Served with Salad & Dessert

Soup-  White Bean topped with Bacon and Homemade Rosemary Croutons
  Served with Salad & Dessert

Meal-  Crispy Oven-Fried Rosemary Chicken & Potatoes
(Bone-in pieces, seasoned with fresh Rosemary & herbs, tossed with olive oil and baked until crispy).  NOT breaded and fried. 
  Served with Salad & Dessert

Dessert of the Week-  Lemon Bars (never got them made last week :)

I can deliver meals Wed., Thu. or Fri. this week.
